Agora Polly tem de subir outra vez. Subir é mais lento do que descer. Ela para duas vezes para descansar.

Now Polly must climb back up again. Going up is slower than going down. She stops two times to rest.

Num degrau molhado há uma lapa. Está num pequeno buraco na pedra. O buraco tem a forma da sua concha. A lapa volta a este mesmo lugar todas as manhãs.

On a wet step there is a limpet. It sits in a small hole in the stone. The hole has the same shape as its shell. The limpet comes back to this same place every morning.

Lá de cima, Polly vê ilhas no mar. São de rocha cor-de-rosa. Esta falésia é de rocha branca. São muito diferentes.

From the top Polly can see islands in the water. They are made of pink rock. This cliff is white rock. They look very different.

Polly olha para os degraus uma última vez. Depois voa para longe, ao longo da costa.

Polly looks down the steps one last time. Then she flies away along the coast.
